【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandarddescribesamanualmethodforsamplinganddeterminingSO_2contentinductsandstacksemittingtotheatmospherebytwoanalyticalmethods:IonchromatographyandThorinmethod.ThisEuropeanStandardistheStandardReferenceMethod(SRM)forperiodicmonitoringandforcalibrationorcontrolofAutomaticMeasuringSystems(AMS)permanentlyinstalledonastack,forregulatorypurposesorotherpurposes.TobeusedastheSRM,theusershalldemonstratethattheperformancecharacteristicsofthemethodarebetterthantheperformancecriteriadefinedinthisEuropeanStandardandthattheoveralluncertaintyofthemethodislessthan_+20,0%relativeatthedailyEmissionLimitValue(ELV).AnAlternativeMethodtothisSRMmaybeusedprovidedthattheusercandemonstrateequivalenceaccordingtotheTechnicalSpecificationCENTS14793,tothesatisfactionofhisnationalaccreditationbodyorlaw.ThisStandardReferenceMethodhasbeenevaluatedduringfieldtestsonwasteincineration,co-incinerationandlargecombustioninstallations.Ithasbeenvalidatedforsamplingperiodsof30minintherangeof(0,5to2000)mg/m3SO2forIonChromatographyvariantand5mg/m3to2000mg/m3SO2forThorinmethodaccordingtoemissionlimitvalueslaiddowninthefollowingCouncilDirectives:--CouncilDirective2001/80/EConthelimitationofemissionsofcertainpollutantsintotheairfromlargecombustionplants;--CouncilDirective2000/76/EConwasteincinerationplants.ThelimitvaluesofEUDirectivesareexpressedinmgSO_2/m3,ondrybasisandatthereferenceconditionsof273Kand101,3kPa.
