【摘要】:ThispartofEN10083,inadditiontoPart1,specifiesthetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsfor:—semi-finishedproducts,hotformed,e.g.blooms,billets,slabs(seeNOTES2and3inEN10083-1:2006,Clause1),—bars(seeNOTE2inEN10083-1:2006,Clause1),—rod,—wideflats,—hot-rolledstripandsheet/plate,—forgings(seeNOTE2inEN10083-1:2006,Clause1),manufacturedfromthedirecthardeningnonalloysteelsforquenchingandtemperingandthenonalloyflameandinductionhardeningsteelsandsuppliedinoneoftheheattreatmentconditionsgivenforthedifferenttypesofproductsinTable1,lines2to7,andinoneofthesurfaceconditionsgiveninTable2.Thesteelsaregenerallyintendedforthemanufactureofquenchedandtempered,flameorinductionhardenedmachineparts,butcanalsobeusedinthenormalizedcondition.TherequirementsformechanicalpropertiesgiveninthisdocumentarerestrictedtothesizesgiveninTable9andTable10.NOTEThisdocumentdoesnotapplyforbrightsteelproducts.ForbrightsteelproductsEN10277-1andEN10277-5apply-Inspecialcases,variationsinthesetechnicaldeliveryrequirementsoradditionstothemmaybeagreedatthetimeofenquiryandorder(seeAnnexA).
