【摘要】:Thisstandardgivesguidanceonwritingthetechnicalspecificationfortheprocurementofwatertubeboilersforuseinelectricitygeneratingstations(powerstations).ThisGuideforProcurementisnotapplicabletoequipmentforuseinthenuclearreactorplantareaofnuclearpowerstations.OtherpossibleapplicationsofsuchequipmenthavenotbeenconsideredinthepreparationofthisGuide.ThisGuidecoverswatertubeboilers:-usingsolid,liquidorgaseousfuelsandforheatrecovery-withpulverizedfuel,stokerorcyclonefiring,gasoroilfiring-withoncethroughorrecirculation(naturalorassisted)evaporators-withbalanced-draughtorpressurizeddraughtplantsystems-withspecificdirectionofgasflowovertheheatingsurfacee.g.verticallyupward,horizontaloracombination.TheequipmentcoveredbythisGuideisdefinedbyitsfunctionratherthandesigntype.Therefore,theguidancetothespecificationisstatedinperformancetermsratherthanbeingspecifiedbyadetaileddescriptionoftheequipmenttobesupplied.ThisGuideindicatestopotentialpurchasershowtheirspecificationshouldbepreparedsothat:-theequipmenttypeandcapacityinterfacescorrectlywithotherelementsofthesystems-predictedperformanceisachieved-ancillaryequipmentisproperlysized-reliability,availabilityandsafetyrequirementsareachieved-properconsiderationisgiventotheevaluationprocessandthequalitymeasurestobeapplied.ThisGuidedoesnotdeterminethetypeofspecification(e.g.detailed,performance,functional)ortheextentofsupplyforanygivencontractwhichisnormallydecidedonthebasisofthepurchaser'sprojectstrategy.Itdoesnotcover:-anycommercial,contractualorlegalissueswhicharenormallyinseparatepartsoftheenquiry-anyallocationofresponsibilitieswhicharedeterminedbythecontract.ThisGuidedoesnotprescribethearrangementofthedocumentsintheenquiryNOTE:AsacomprehensiveEuropeanenvironmentalpolicyisstillunderpreparation,thisGuidedoesnotaddresstheenvironmentalimplicationsoftheequipment.
