【摘要】:Thisdocumentspecifiesamethodofdeterminingthebagginessofleathertogetherwithitscreepandstressrelaxationproperties.Itisapplicabletoallnon-rigidleathers.e.g.Shoeupperleather,upholsteryleather,leathergoodsleatherandapparelleather.Leatherisaviscoelasticmaterialand,uponremovalofanyappliedforce,onlyaproportionoftheextensionobservedisrecovered.Evensometimeafterremovaloftheforcethereissomedegreeofpermanentdeformationwhichisknownastheretainedsetorbagginessoftheleather.Duetothenatureofthetestmethoddescribedbelowitisalsopossibletoobtainameasureofthecreepandstressrelaxationpropertiesofleather.Althoughthecreepindexquotedisnotobtainedviathetruedefinitionofcreep,itwillhoweverprovideavaluablecomparativeindicationofthispropertyinleather.#,,#
