【摘要】:ThispartofIEC61083isapplicabletodigitalrecorders,includingdigitaloscilloscopes,analogueoscilloscopesandpeakvoltmetersusedformeasurementsduringtestswithhighimpulsevoltagesandhighimpulsecurrents.ItspecifiesthemeasuringcharacteristicsandcalibrationsrequiredtomeetthemeasuringuncertaintiesandproceduresspecifiedinIEC60060-2.Thispart·definesthetermsspecificallyrelatedtodigitalrecorders,analogueoscilloscopesandpeakvoltmeters,·specifiesthenecessaryrequirementsforsuchinstrumentstoensuretheircompliancewiththerequirementsforhigh-voltageandforhigh-currentimpulsetests,and·establishesthetestsandproceduresnecessarytodemonstratetheircompliance.Onlydigitalrecordersthatpermitaccesstorawdatafrompermanentortemporarystoragearecoveredbythisstandard.Therawdata,withrelevantscalinginformation,maybe·printedgraphically,or·storedindigitalformat.
